Gascoigne Road SPS
Strip off the existing felt and metal roof sheeting leaving the existing steel purlins exposed
Wire brush and paint with a rust inhibitor to all purlins
Supply and fix new Plastisol coated steel roof system
New flashings to be incorporated at the ridge, eaves, gable upstand and vents
Wraysbury
Thoroughly clean the roof, valley gutters and eaves gutters removing all moss, dirt and debris
Repair roof and valley gutters a heavy coat of an acrylic sealant
Supply and fix new PVC fascia, soffit complete with ventilation and supply and fix a new black PVC gutter
Strip off and replace lead flashing to the chimney
Cranleigh Sewage Treatment Works
Construction of two new 30m-diameter filter bed bases with all associated RC work and pipework.
Boxhill Access Road
To excavate to formation and construct a new access road from the bridle way to the pump house using a geogrid system filled with shingle.
Crossness
Excavation, repair and reinstatement to a leaking 6m3 culvert.
Sandhurst
Removing the old slabbed footpaths and steps and constructing new RC footpaths and steps.
Ripley Collapsed Sewer Main
Emergency work to secant pile 16m deep to allow for a 8m deep cofferdam to replace the damaged section of the incoming sewer main.
Chertsey Reception Chamber
Emergency work to construct a RC sarcophagus around the failing reception chamber after the end wall failed and fell over, 24hr working over the first 3 nights
